By purchasing a session, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Payments/Pricing:  All costs are as stated at the time of booking and will remain until booking is confirmed. The full amount is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Upon receiving your payment, your session time and date will be reserved and Sarenna Blackman Photography will not reserve any other clients during that time/date. For this reason, the retainer is no-refundable.

Rescheduling may be arranged, as long as it's a week before your scheduled session. Unless agreed by Sarenna Blackman Photography, no session can be rescheduled more than once. If the shoot is not possible, due to weather, the session can be rescheduled. Client or anyone with client may not bring own camera or recording equipment to the session. If this is seen, Photographer will request that it's put away, or will leave the session if needed. 

Sarenna Blackman Photography will honor requested photographs, but will not guarantee that those specifics will be done.

All parties agree to cooperation and communication for the best result of the session. Photographer is not resposible for missed images. If there's any threat to the Photographer or their equipment, Photographer has the right to end coverage immediately with no further liablility to finish the session, with no refunds given. The Client is responsible for theirs or any other participants' conduct/behavior in the session. Any damage to the equipment or studio components caused by the Client are the sole financial responsibility of the Client. Client agrees to hold Photographer harmless for injuries or damages caused beforehand, during, and/or immediately following the session.

Copyright: The Photographer owns the copyrights to all images created during the session and has rights to make reproductions. The Photographer maintains the rights to make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer's portfolio, self-promotions, entry in contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or display within or on the outside of the Photographer's studio.

Artistic Style:  Client has already reviewed samples of previous work and is satisfied with the overall style of the photography. Due to differences in locations, subjects, and lighting, the final outcomes of sessions may vary. There is no way to know what photos will be produced from a future scheduled session. The Photographer has the artistic right to express their creativity in each scene. Due to the nature of my brand, I will provide images at my discretion. Any images that do not measure up to professional standards will not be included in the gallery and will not be provided to any client.

The Photographer may substitute another photographer, in the event of the Photographer's illness or personal crisis. If so, Photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs is capable and has the knowledge to fulfill the duties needed and in a professional manner.

In the event that the Photographer cannot perform this session due to a medical or natural emergency, or other cause beyond control of the Photographer, then the Photographer shall return the retainer to the Client, but will have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability will also applyl in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer will not be held liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of Client's payment.
